Knitting Facilities

Fine hemp has built its own knitting facilities to produce a big range of knitted fabrics.
The products categories cover jersey, terry, pique, rib and fleece.
90% of the products we developed is made of hemp and organic cotton blended yarns.
We have 20 sets of circular knitting machines, which can satisfy the production of fabrics with 150 and 175" width.
The capacity per month is 50 tons.
For dyeing process, we use subcontractor. Our subcontractor has many years of experience of dyeing knitted fabrics   and the quality is stable.

Weaving Facilities
We cooperated with the largest hemp weaving mill in China , which have a capacity of 65,000 meters a month. This mill is equipped with 24 sets of weaving machines which can produce fabrics with yarn counts from 11s to 60s.

Garment lines
Our garment production line have a capacity of 10,000pcs a month. The product range includes T-shirts, shirts, hoodies, trousers, etc.
